Her role includes Jane Kerkovich-Williams in ABC's comedy show Happy Endings, Denise Mahoney in Scrubs the final two seasons, Tiger on Hulu's comedy series Future Man, and Hannah Wyland in Quantico. She appeared in the Fox comedy Pivoting in 2022. She was recently an actress supporting on the Netflix show Murderville episode-Who Killed Santa. Coupe also took classes at ImprovOlympic and The Groundlings in improvisational comedy. [6] In 2003, she was on tour in France as a soldier for the all-female version King Lear. From April 2011 until May 2013 Coupe was a part of the ABC ensemble comedy show Happy Endings alongside Elisha Cuthbert, Zachary Knighton, Adam Pally, Damon Wayans, Jr. and Casey Wilson. The show was pulled by ABC on May 3, 2013, even though it received acclaim from critics. The show also earned an acclaim and cult status. Happy Endings was cancelled. She starred in a recurring role in House of Lies's third season and was also a part of Jay Harrington in Benched, which was a comedy series on the USA Network that premiered on October 28th the 28th of October, 2014. She later played the role in the role of Hannah Wyland in Quantico, an ABC thriller.
