Dolly-Parton

Dolly Parton, born Jan. 19th, 1946 in Locust Ridge Tenn. to a family of 12 poor children who would grow up in the same household, figured out very early how to get out of the difficulties she faced with her incredibly imaginative imagination. Prior to learning how to read and write, Dolly Parton was creating her own songs. After getting her first guitar at age 8, she started to perform at radio stations in Knoxville, Tennessee. The first album she recorded was in the same calendar year with Gold Band Records, a tiny independent label. While she was an established local celebrity while at high school, her dreams were greater. On the 14th of March, 1964, that followed her graduation from high school the singer moved to Nashville. Dumb Blonde (both 1967) and Something Fishy were among her first Monument Records chart-topping records. In the year 1967, Porter Wagoner was looking for an actress to sing for the show he had syndicated to television. Parton was hired in the year 1966. She she joined RCA Records in 1968, and then the Grand Ole Opry was founded in 1969. But she resigned from the show in 1974 when her solo albums like Joshua Coat of Many Colors and Jolene were charting collaborations with them. Parton, after the split of their partnership with Wagoner, wrote I Will Always Love You and saw it climb to Number. In 1974, Parton's song"I Will Always Love You" climbed to No.
