Swift's popularity grew through her three subsequent albums - Red (2012) 1989 (2014) and Reputation (2017). Swift had now established herself in a genre where she belonged. Although she slowed down her work with folklore and Evermore releases in 2020 she was nevertheless in the forefront of pop music.
